Support
Antown shows you what homes near any Australian address actually sold for, and whether the seller made money. If something isn't working, or you just have a question, email hello.antown.tech@gmail.com — a real person reads it.

Getting started
Pick one of the sample addresses — they're free and unlimited, and need no account. In the iPhone app, your first search of any Australian address is free too, with no sign-up. On the Antown website, create a free account first; your first search is then free.
Signing in
Antown uses one account for the iPhone app and the website: your email address and a password. Create the account once, in either place, and sign in with the same details in the other — your research, your credits and your plan follow you.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in screen, choose the "Forgot password" option and enter your email address. We'll email you a link that opens a page where you set a new password; then sign in with it. If the email hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, or email us.
Signed in with an email link before?
Antown used to sign you in with a link sent by email. Sign-in now uses a password instead. Your account and your research are still there — use "Forgot password" with the same email address to set a password, then sign in with it.
Plans and billing
In the iPhone app, Monthly (an auto-renewing subscription) and pay-as-you-go (a one-off credit for a single search) are purchased through the App Store and charged to your Apple Account. Purchases made on the website are processed by Stripe.
Your plan and credits belong to your account, so they work in both places: a Monthly subscription from the App Store also unlocks the website when you sign in there with the same account.
To change or cancel the subscription, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or tap Profile → Manage subscription in the app. An App Store subscription can only be cancelled through your Apple Account — we can't cancel it for you. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access, in the app and on the website, until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a purchase made on the website, email us. A search that fails, or finds nothing, gives its credit back automatically.
Bought something in the app and it didn't unlock? Tap Profile → Restore purchases, or email us and we'll sort it out.
Deleting your account
In the iPhone app, tap Profile → Delete my account; on the website, go to Profile → Delete account. Either one permanently removes your account, your research and your search history. It can't be undone, and it does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that in your Apple Account settings.
